Acknowledgement from the family of the late Mary Kathleen McGovern

Mary's sister Rose and the family circle wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.

A special thanks to Fr. Madden PP, Fr. McCaul and Fr. McGirr for their spiritual support and guidance to Mary at home and in hospital.  Thanks to Fr. McCaul for celebrating a very special Requiem Mass.

Thanks to Edward J Gribbin and Patrick Bell for the beautiful music during the service and to the sacristan Margaret and those who prepared the grave.  A big thank you to Edward J Gribbin for the beautiful flower arrangement.

The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends and neighbours who helped them during this difficult time. Our sincere thanks to all who attended the wake, brought food, sent mass cards or messages of condolences and attended the funeral.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the team from Helping Hands for their dedication, kindness and care for Mary and to her private carers Helen, Noreen and Shannon for their exceptional care and support for Mary and the family during her time of illness.

Sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Diamond Medical Centre Magherafelt, Antrim Area Hospital and O’Briens Chemist.

The family would also like to thank the staff at the Inn in Castledawson who provided the food after the funeral.

A sincere thank you to Mickey and all at the J. A. Gormley Funeral Directors for their care, professionalism and the dignified handling of all arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement is accepted as a heartfelt expression of our appreciation for the kindness and support shown to us all in so many ways.

Mary's Months Mind Mass was celebrated on Saturday 05^th July at 7.30pm in St. Patrick's Church, Keenaught, Desertmartin.
