Patricia Hann - First Anniversary

The Hann and O'Kane families lovingly remember Patricia Hann who passed away on the 19th September, 2024.

Also, her devoted husband, Michael who passed away on the 25th September, 2021.

They are both sorely missed and yet we know that they are dancing together once again.

We would like to acknowledge the staff at Antrim Area Hospital and Weavers House in Cookstown for the invaluable work they do every day to enrich the lives of our loved ones with compassion, humour and care.

Also, thank you to Mickey and Nicholas at J. A. Gormley Funeral Directors for their continued work supporting families during difficult times.
