Convery Maghera 4^th October 2025 Michael James R.I.P. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Dearly beloved husband of Patricia (née Cassidy). Devoted father of Annette, Maria Corey, Karen, Julie, Mike and Claire McMahon. Grandfather of Aaron, Caoimhe, Cara, Niamh, Eamair, Padraig, Cliodhna, Michael Óg and Conan. Son of the late Michael and Annie Catherine Convery. Brother of the late Annie Moran, Mary O’Doherty, Rose Mallon, Pat, Kathleen, Bridget Leyden and Neil.

Everyone was welcome to pay your respects at J. A. Gormley’s Funeral Home, 1 Main St, Maghera BT46 5AA, Sunday 5th October from 1pm to 5pm.

Cortege left the funeral home at 5pm to repose at his late home. Wake at the family home is private for family, close friends and neighbours. Wake at the family home commenced on Monday 6^th October from 10am to 10pm.

Funeral was from his home 61 Ranaghan Rd, BT46 5JX on Tuesday 7^th October for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Patrick's Church, Glen. Interment followed afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
