O’Neill Dungiven and formerly Rocktown 15th December 2025 Joseph (Joe) R.I.P. Peacefully at Oakleaves Care Home, Derry City surrounded by his loving family.


Beloved husband of Loretto (née Laverty). Loving father of Michelle Murphy, Aimee Craig, Joseph, Dominic and Jo-Ann McAlinden. Grandfather of Enda, Faye, Aoife, Finola, Chloe, Mia, Roísín, Clodagh, Connlá and Páiric.


Son of the late John and Mary Ann O'Neill. Brother of Rosaleen Kerr, Seamus, Anne Gilligan, Michael, Hugh, Brendan, Geraldine Duggan, Kevin, Pauline, Fergal and Declan and the late John, Rita Quigg, Gerard.


Funeral was from his home 744 Feeny Rd BT47 4TB on Wednesday 17th December for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Dungiven. Interment followed afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
