We the family of the late Brendan (Benny) Ward wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us in our recent heartbreaking bereavement.
We are truly grateful to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass and sympathy cards, sent messages of condolence and showed such kindness and support to us at this difficult time.
A special thank you to everyone at Erin's Own Lavey GAC and our local community who helped with Brendan's wake and funeral - we are so grateful.
Thank you to Dr. Orla Laverty, everyone at Bellaghy Medical Centre/ Pharmacy and everyone who cared for Brendan at Antrim Area and the City Hospital.
We would especially like to thank the Community and Palliative teams and everyone at the Macmillan Unit in Antrim.
We want to express our gratitude to Fr. Graham and Fr. Magill for the beautiful mass. Thank you to the Sacristans, Eucharistic Ministers and Hannah Ferguson for the lovely music.
We would also like to thank J. A. Gormley Funeral Directors, Maghera for all their kindness and support.
It is impossible to thank everyone but we hope this acknowledgement will be a sign of our deep appreciation and gratitude. The support of our family , community, friends and colleagues has meant the world to us.
Brendan's months mind will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mercy Chapel, Lavey on Tuesday 10th November at 7pm.
