Acknowledgement from the family of the late Thomas McFlynn (Swatragh)

The family of the late Thomas McFlynn RIP, wish to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement.

We would like to thank all the nurses and doctors who cared for Thomas in Causeway Hospital Medical Ward 1, Harkins Chemist and Maghera Health Centre.

We extend our sincere gratitude to family, friends and neighbours for their love and support over the last few weeks.

We are grateful to everyone who messaged, telephoned, sent Mass and sympathy cards, made donations, or helped in any way, and all those who lined the route of the funeral cortège and attended the funeral.

Many thanks to Fr Charlie Keaney PP for his spiritual support, Fr Kieran Doherty for celebrating the beautiful Funeral Mass, the singers and musicians, Brian Hassan from Colmcille Pipe Band, Una McGill and Emma Doherty and all who participated in the readings.

We thank JA Gormley Funeral Directors, Maghera and Coleraine for their professionalism and their dignified manner in preparing the funeral arrangements.

As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
