Acknowledgement from the family of the late Rose McCorry.
The family of the late Rose McCorry R.I.P. wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all those who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
We took great comfort in all the mass and sympathy cards, personal letters, text and phone calls of condolences. We are grateful to all family, friends and neighbours who turned out to line the route and church car park to pay their respects. We were completely overwhelmed by your support which meant so much in the current circumstances. We also appreciate that many people wanted to be there but were unable to do so due to the current restrictions.
We wish to acknowledge Dr Hinds, Dr Murphy & Dr Woulahan and all the staff at Bellaghy Medical Centre who cared for mum over the years.
To the wonderful team of nurses & carers at Milesian Manor Nursing Home, Magherafelt who looked after mum with such dedication and care. Your care meant so much to us in mum’s final days and we will be forever grateful. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that came to visit mum during her time in Milesian Manor, this was much appreciated by her family.
To Father Gates, Magherafelt Parish who administered the Sacrament of the Sick and Father Graham who celebrated the beautiful Requiem Mass. Your prayers and kind words were of great comfort to us at this time.
Sincere thanks to Funeral Directors, J A Gormley, Maghera for their professional, dignified and personal service especially in such difficult circumstances. To Claire Scullion who provided the wonderful music at the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deep appreciation.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Rose’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 27th June at 7.00pm in the St Mary’s Church, Lavey and may be viewed on the parish webcam: http://www.laveyparish.com/webcamslaveyglough.html
