Acknowledgement from the family of the Late Mary O'Hagan
The family of the late Mary O’Hagan (RIP) would like to express their sincere gratitude to all those who offered their condolences on the loss of our much-loved mother. We would like to acknowledge and thank all those who facilitated the dignified care given to Mary over the years from the daily carers.
The Diamond Medical Centre staff, Mc Laughlin’s pharmacy staff and everyone who helped with the chores both inside and outside the home. The unwavering support of so many to the family made it possible for Mary to remain lovingly cared for at home. We would like to say a heartfelt thanks to all the neighbours, extended family and wide circle of friends for their kindness and generosity in the past years and in particular in the last few weeks. The visits, phone calls, sympathy cards, letters, prayers, beautiful flowers and gifts of food were very much appreciated by the family.
We acknowledge Father Mc Girr and Fr Madden for their spiritual guidance and support to Mary which always brought comfort to her and their support to the family. To everyone who participated in making the funeral mass a celebration of Mary’s long life, especially those who travelled long distances or joined via the church webcam, for the beautiful music played by Edward James Gribben, and Margaret Kearney for the Church sacristan duties, we truly appreciate your contribution.
Sincere thanks to Mickey and Nicholas Gormley of J A Gormley Funeral Directors, Maghera for the compassionate, efficient and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and thanks to their team for helping with interment, they guided and supported the family during the wake and in the following days which was deeply appreciated.
