Acknowledgement from the family of the late Ellen Bradley.
Updated: Nov 28, 2020
The family of the late Ellen Bradley wish to sincerely thank all of those who sympathised with our sad loss. The love and gestures of kindness shown due to the loss of a dearly beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many family, friends and neighbours who attended Mammy’s wake and funeral, stood outside the home, lined the cortege route, stood at the chapel ground’s and sent mass and sympathy cards, letters, phone calls, online messages, floral tributes, refreshments and to all those who helped in anyway. To those who travelled long distances, those who we unfortunately were unable to meet personally due to Covid restrictions or who could not attend, but whose thoughts were always with us. Your kindness and support provided a great deal of comfort in our time of great sadness.
Sincere thank you to Fr Keaney for the most beautiful, personal and memorable Requiem Mass. Thank you to Sinead McErlean for the most fitting of music.
A special thank you also to Mickey Gormley from J.A Gormley Funeral Directors for the support and the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Finally, we would like to thank God for the many blessings he bestowed upon us through Mammy, giving us the time we had to know and love a great woman.
Never more than a thought away, loved and remembered every day.
St Padre Pio Pray for her
As it is impossible to thank everyone personally, we trust this acknowledgment will be taken by everyone as a token of our sincere appreciation.
The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.
Ellen’s Month’s Mind Mass was celebrated in St John The Baptist Church, Granaghan on Thursday 26th of November.
