Acknowledgement from the family of the late Eamon (Buffer) McCrystal.

We, the family of the late Eamon (Buffer) McCrystal, wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.

Many thanks to our relatives, friends, and neighbours for all their kindness and support. A special word of thanks to everyone who attended the wake, sent messages of sympathy and mass cards, sent flowers, posted tributes online etc. they were all very much appreciated. We thank those who provided refreshments, including The Wild Duck, Bitz n Pizza, The Oakleaf and anyone who helped in any way during the wake. To FP McCann for their consideration and help during the wake. For those who travelled, some a great distance, Scotland, Detroit, England, all over Ireland… many thanks.

To the staff of Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow for all the care and dignity shown to Eamon and the family in his final days.

A special thanks to Fr Graham for his spiritual support and guidance especially to our Daddy, when the family were with Eamon in the hospital, and for celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass

Sincere appreciation to Lavey Choir and the musicians who provided the lovely singing and music, and to the church sacristans and those who prepared the grave.

The family would like to thank Lavey GAC for providing the catering and hosting the refreshments after the funeral.

Finally, sincere thanks to Michael and Nicholas Gormley of J A Gormley Funeral Directors, Maghera and Coleraine for the compassionate, professional and sensitive manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements, including bringing Eamon back home to Mayogall.

Although impossible to individually thank all those whose kindness and thoughtfulness has brought such comfort at this sad time, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with heartfelt thanks.

The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of you all.
