Acknowledgement from the family of the late Cornelius O'Neill

We, the family of the late Cornelius O'Neill, wish to express our sincere gratitude for the condolences and kindness extended to us following our recent bereavement. We wish to thank our family, friends and neighbours who provided us with support and care and continue to do so, Your strength, poise and support helped us navigate a way through the darkest of days. Also for all of your Mass cards, telephone calls, flowers, tributes, and for those who attended the funeral or watched it online. your presence, condolences and kind words were felt and greatly appreciated by the family.

A special word of gratitude to Fr. Eamon Graham for his spiritual guidance and support and for celebrating the funeral Mass. Thank you to Una McGill for the beautiful music. Sincere thanks to the church sacristans and those who prepared the grave. We would also like to offer our sincere thanks to the ambulance service and the police.

Thanks to Michael and Nicholas Gormley of J.A. Gormley Funeral Directors Maghera and Coleraine for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

We know there were so many people who went above and beyond to help and support us during our bereavement. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement is accepted by all.

The Month’s Mind Mass for Cornelius was celebrated on Friday 29th September at 7:00pm in St Mary’s Church Lavey.
