Updated: Jan 31
The Husband Jim, sons, daughter, grandchildren and family circle of the late Bernadette Watters R.I.P. wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their sad bereavement. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who telephoned, sent flowers, sent Mass and Sympathy cards and wrote social media messages.
A huge thank you to those who paid their respects by standing outside the house, along the road, at the Chapel and to those who watched via the wed cam. Our sincere thanks to Fr. Doherty and Fr. O'Doherty for their support and fitting Requiem Mass. Thanks also to Shannon Murphy for her beautiful singing.
Special gratitude to Larissa and Barry of Time Out, Draperstown for their generosity in providing us food throughout the wake and funeral.
We also offer our deep appreciation to Michael Gormley and staff from J A Gormley, Funeral Directors, Maghera for the care and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Also very grateful to the grave diggers.
As it is impossible to thank everybody individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Bernadette's Month Mind Mass was celebrated on Friday 29th January @ 7.30pm St Patrick's, Glen. Due to the current restrictions mass was viewed via web cam only: https://mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-patricks-church-maghera
