Acknowledgement from the family of the late Anna Tohill

We, the family of the late Anna Tohill, wish to express our sincere gratitude for the condolences and kindness extended to us following our recent bereavement.
We wish to thank our extended family, friends and neighbours who: attended the wake; sent Mass cards; telephoned; sent flowers; posted tributes online; helped in any way during the wake and attended the funeral. We are eternally grateful for the professional care and compassion provided by the medical staff of Antrim Area Hospital and in particular, the staff of MacMillan Cancer Care Unit. We also extend our thanks to the staff of Glasses’ Pharmacy, Maghera and Maghera Medical Centre, for their on-going care of Anna.
A special word of thanks to Fr. C. Keaney for his spiritual guidance and also for celebrating the Requiem Mass alongside Fr. P. Doherty, Fr. K. O’Doherty and Fr. B. McKeefry. Thank you to the Murphy sisters for the beautiful singing; to the Murphy and Tohill families for their tireless support during Anna’s short illness; to those who prepared the grave and also, to the team at The Oakleaf Restaurant, Maghera for their refreshments.
A special thank you to Michael and Nicholas Gormley of J.A. Gormley Funeral Directors, Maghera and Coleraine, for the compassionate, professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Although impossible to individually thank all of those whose kindness and thoughtfulness has brought such comfort at this sad time, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with heartfelt thanks.
