Acknowledgement from the family of the late Andrew McLaughlin

Mary, Caoimhe and the entire family circle of the late Andrew wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent sudden bereavement. Thanks to the first responders who attended Andrew and provided support to the family.
A special thanks to Fr. Paddy Doherty, PP Maghera, Fr. Kieran O’Doherty, Fr. Eugene Boland and Fr. John McDevitt for their spiritual support and the celebration of Requiem mass for Andrew. We also wish to thank Sally McKeown for preparing the Church and the gravediggers who prepared Andrew’s resting place.
Thank you to Michael and Nicolas Gormley of J A Gormley funeral directors, Maghera and Coleraine for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We would like to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours, local businesses and members of the wider community for their generosity and thoughtfulness during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, and donations, brought gifts and those who attended the wake and funeral, we are truly grateful. Thank-you to Watty Graham’s GAC for their help and the provision of refreshments following the funeral. Our heartfelt thanks also extends to the staff and pupils of St. Patrick’s P.S. Glen, St. Patrick’s College Maghera and Steelstown P.S. Derry. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
